This is a series of synergistic, non-invasive laser treatments of both the exterior facial and interior oral cavity, enabling full-thickness contraction of collagen for persistent tightening and volumization without injectables. With two laser wavelengths and 4 treatment modes, anti-aging is comprehensively approached from 4 different levels, working on deeper, medial and superficial connective structures of the skin, as well as targeting imperfections.
The Dimensions of 4D
The four “dimensions” of Fotona4D refer to four distinct treatments with Fotona’s SP Dynamis system: SmothLiftin™, FRAC3®, PIANO®, and SupErficial™, all harnessed in concert to combat facial aging, with little or no downtime or anesthesia, and that can be performed all year-round.

How long will it take to see results?
Results will vary with every individual some patients see some immediate results with skin texture, clarity, and firmness continuously improving gradually over a period of 2-3 months.
What does the procedure feel like?
Everyone is different, but typically there is a gradual warming sensation, and after a few minutes you may experience some very brief hot sensations in the treatment area, which dissipate quickly
Does the procedure require any downtime?
No, the treatment is non-surgical, and non-invasive allowing patients to walk-in, and walk-out. Some experience a day or two of redness and light peeling.

Two Procedures In One
Step One
Deep ND:Yag skin tightening and fat reduction. Generated heat is transmitted through the entire thickness of the fat layer and acts to increase microcirculation and accelerate deep-thermal contraction with a lipolytics effect.
Step Two
Er: Yag collagen remodeling and superficial skin tightening. Controlled surface heating results in subsequent collagen remodeling with the purpose of additionally improving skin thickness, elasticity and firmness.
